Automatic Metal Cutting Sawing Machine Servo Band Saw Machine is equipped with an advanced programmable controller that enables the operator to set specific cutting parameters such as cutting speed, feed speed and blade tension. The controller can store multiple programs, allowing for quick switching between different cutting jobs. The machine is capable of cutting large diameter workpieces and thick materials with ease. It can handle a variety of materials from small tubes to large beams. It can handle a variety of metals, including mild steel, stainless steel, titanium alloys, brass, copper, and even harder metals such as tool steel. This band saw machine is equipped with an emergency stop button that can immediately stop operation in an emergency. This feature ensures that the machine can be quickly deactivated in the event of any safety issues. And it is also equipped with an overload protection function to prevent damage to the motor and other components in the event of an overload.

Transmission system

Adopt High-torque, low-noise turbine gear. Equipped with high power motor of Europe standard. With the advantages of stable cutting and high efficiency.

Wire brush

It's better to prolong the saw blade usage life with the active wire brush and clear water gun.

Precision auxiliary guide

Drag chain type automatic chip removal system

The drag chain type chip conveyor can improve efficiency, reduce iron filings and labor costs.

Guide arm following system

The guiding arm automatically follows the clamping vise to move left and right, ensure that reasonable sawing space is reserved and increasing the sawing stability of the machine.

Constant load system

The constant load system can effectively reduce the waste of sawing time and automatically match the most suitable sawing feed rate according to the setting.

Servo feeding system

Stable digital feed increases sawing stability, and cooperate with the constant load system to adapt to variable-speed sawing.

Floating feeding system

The floating around Vise and roller type supporting material tray rack.The friction of the material against the roller tray rack in the material feeding process will ensure the cutting accuracy and stability of feeding material.
