The Intelligent CNC Automatic Metal Cutting Horizontal Band Saw Machine is able to precisely control the cutting process, allowing operators to program and perform complex cutting operations. The CNC system is equipped with a user-friendly interface, which allows easy setting and real-time monitoring of cutting parameters. The CNC system is able to adjust the cutting speed, feed rate and cutting depth to ensure high repeatability and consistency. The control system supports multi-step cutting processes such as progressive cutting, variable speed adjustment and tool change management to optimize production efficiency. It is compatible with advanced software and can be integrated with production management systems to achieve remote monitoring and diagnosis, thereby minimizing downtime and maximizing production. The machine adopts an automatic feeding system, which significantly reduces manual operation. The system ensures that the metal workpiece is accurately fed into the cutting area, thereby achieving continuous operation without frequent interruptions for loading or positioning. Transmission system

Wire brush

Precision auxiliary guide

Double bearing auxiliary column guidance system.With advantages of precision and stable, which improve cutting stability and efficiency.

Drag chain type automatic chip removal system

The drag chain type chip conveyor can improve efficiency, reduce iron filings and labor costs.

Guide arm following system

The guiding arm automatically follows the clamping vise to move left and right, ensure that reasonable sawing space is reserved and increasing the sawing stability of the machine.

Constant load system

The constant load system can effectively reduce the waste of sawing time and automatically match the most suitable sawing feed rate according to the setting.

Servo feeding system

Stable digital feed increases sawing stability, and cooperate with the constant load system to adapt to variable-speed sawing.

NC control touch diagram

The operation interface is simple and convenient. It will be efficient for the operator to use it.The human-computerinterface monitor the all systems work condition and give a timely feedback of machine anomaly.

Floating feeding system

The floating around Vise and roller type supporting material tray rack.The friction of the material against the roller tray rack in the material feeding process will ensure the cutting accuracy and stability of feeding material.
