This high-speed band saw machine is equipped with intelligent material detection. The machine combines machine vision and advanced sensors to automatically detect the type, thickness and even internal structure of the material being processed. This feature enables the machine to adjust its cutting parameters according to the unique characteristics of each material. When cutting composite materials such as carbon fiber, the artificial intelligence system will reduce the feed speed to avoid damaging the material, while increasing the blade speed to reduce cutting forces and keep the edge clean. When cutting metal, the system may adjust the blade angle or speed to ensure that burr formation is minimized and the possibility of material deformation is reduced.
