CE Semi-automatic Metal Band Sawing Machine with Hydraulic Double Column adopts a hydraulic double column structure design, which provides extremely high stability and ensures that the equipment can maintain accuracy and stability during long-term work. The double column structure can effectively disperse the force during cutting and reduce the impact of vibration on cutting accuracy. It is particularly suitable for cutting high-hardness or heavy metal materials. The main frame of the machine is made of high-strength steel, which has been precisely welded and heat-treated to ensure the high rigidity and durability of the equipment. The frame design can effectively avoid deformation of the equipment during high-speed cutting and extend the service life of the equipment. It is equipped with an automatic saw band tension adjustment system, which automatically adjusts the tension of the saw band during each cutting process, avoiding errors caused by manual adjustment and ensuring that the tension of the saw band remains stable.
