Metal circular saw machine instruction manual and operating procedures:
1. The operator must obtain an operating certificate after passing the exam and perform the operation. The operator should be familiar with the performance and structure of the metal circular saw and comply with the safety and shift handover system.
2. Before work, oil (greasing) should be filled strictly in accordance with the lubricating diagram, and the oil volume should be kept appropriate and the oil circuit should be unobstructed. Run the air for about 10 minutes, check the transmission parts, lubricating, hydraulic and cooling systems, check whether the vises, etc. are normal, and work can be done formally when the lubricating oil temperature is greater than 20℃.
3. The sawed material should be placed firmly, use the material bearing edge or whole piece according to different cross-sectional shapes, or directly placed, and clamped firmly. When clamping multiple pieces, check whether all clamps are clamped.
4. If the sawing material is larger, multiple pieces should not be clamped.
5. Pay attention to whether there are people around when lifting (transporting) long materials. Long materials need to be equipped with brackets. Operations of more than two people should be directed by one person and coordinated and cooperated with each other.
6. Choose the appropriate cutting speed according to the type and hardness of the cutting material.
7. The saw blade should be covered with a safety cover, and be careful not to get close to the running saw blade.
8. The operator is not allowed to leave during operation. The power switch should be disconnected during power outage.
9. After work, the equipment must be inspected and cleaned, and daily maintenance must be done. Each handle (switch) must be placed in neutral (zero position), and the power switch must be turned off to achieve neatness, cleanness, lubrication and safety.
10. Carefully fill in the relevant records of the metal circular saw operation.
