Metal Steel Cutting Sawing Vertical Band Saw machines are based on the friction between the saw band and the workpiece. The high-speed rotation of the saw band transfers mechanical force to the metal workpiece, and through continuous cutting and friction, the workpiece is gradually cut into the desired shape. The cutting part of the saw band is made of high-strength steel belt, and the belt teeth are specially treated to ensure that it can cut metal materials of various hardness. Unlike other types of band saw machines, the saw band of the vertical band saw is perpendicular to the workpiece. This structure effectively reduces deformation and vibration during the cutting process. The machine adopts an advanced servo control system, combined with a high-precision saw band tensioning device and a multi-functional feeding system, which can achieve precise cutting control and ensure the cutting accuracy of each metal workpiece. The equipment reduces energy consumption through optimized design, while reducing noise pollution and metal dust during the cutting process, meeting modern environmental protection requirements.
