The Vertical Metal Band Saw Machine for Steel Cutting uses a vertically operated continuous band saw blade to cut metal raw materials with high precision. The vertical orientation of the band saw makes it easier to handle large or irregularly shaped workpieces. The vertical cutting configuration of this machine enhances its flexibility. The upright design minimizes the need for a large workspace, allowing the operator to more comfortably access the workpiece and cutting blade. This design also reduces the overall footprint of the machine. It is equipped with a variable speed control system that enables the operator to adjust the speed of the saw blade according to the cutting material. Steel requires different cutting speeds depending on its thickness and hardness. The speed fine-tuning function ensures that each job is completed with the highest efficiency, cutting quality and saw blade life.

Adopt red ray choosing cutting position to show the saw blade cutting position accurately.

Hydraulic cooling system

To lower hydraulic system to raise 30% temperature, and to improve the stability of hydraulic system.

Saw blade tensioning

Hydraulic saw blade tensioning can adjust the tensioning pressure of saw blade.

The system of material feed

Lift type or feed roller device, can perfectly help heavy duty material feed.
