The Hydraulic CNC Vertical Band Saw machine for Steel is designed for high-performance steel cutting, especially for industries that require stable, precise and efficient cutting. The hydraulic system is responsible for controlling the band saw tension, feed speed and workpiece clamping mechanism, so that it can be precisely adjusted according to different cutting conditions. The vertical configuration also enhances the machine's ability to accurately cut a variety of materials (from small bars to large structural beams).

Servo feeding system

Servo motor can be achieved constant output at low speed and high speed sawing, both hard materials and ordinary materials achieve the best cutting results.

Material pressing device

It adopts movable and rotary hydraulic pressing device, and can select a suitable position for clamping to improve clamping stability.

Saw blade tensioning

Hydraulic saw blade tensioning can adjust the tensioning pressure of saw blade.

Operation control system

Double table digital control, accurate digital shows cutting speed and saw blade speed.

The device to feed

Adopt high precision rolling ball screw to improve the cutting stability.

The device of choosing cutting position

Adopt red ray choosing cutting position to show the saw blade cutting position accurately.

Wire brush

It's better to prolong the saw blade usage life with the active wire brush and clear water gun.

Hydraulic cooling system

To lower hydraulic system to raise 30% temperature, and to improve the stability of hydraulic system.

Transmission system

Adopt High-torque, low-noise turbine gear.
