The Fully Automatic CNC Band Saw Machine Horizontal Band Saw is a fully integrated cutting system that combines advanced CNC (computer numerical control) technology with a traditional band saw mechanism. It uses an automated system to operate, which can accurately and quickly cut a variety of materials (from metals to plastics and composites). The horizontal band saw is designed to ensure that the material is fed horizontally into the cutting mechanism, thereby improving stability and reducing the risk of material deformation. The operator can adjust the speed according to the type of material being cut and the desired effect. The high-speed cutting mechanism ensures fast material throughput while maintaining precise cutting accuracy. To ensure that the saw blade remains cool during operation, the machine is equipped with an advanced cooling system that continuously delivers coolant to the saw blade to reduce friction and heat build-up.

NC intelligent sawing control system

Manual and automatic integrated dual operation control system, The touch screen controls the intelligent sawing module, It can realize high-speed intelligent sawing.

Guide arm following system

The guiding arm automatically follows the clamping vise to move left and right, ensure that reasonable sawing space is reserved and increasing the sawing stability of the machine.

Wire brush

It's better to prolong the saw blade usage life with the active wire brush and clear water gun.

Auto chip removal system

Hollow screw chip conveyor avoid to be sticking, and can clean chips effectively tolower labor cost.

Saw blade hydraulic tension

Servo feeding system
